I’m pleased to share that I have launched a YouTube channel dedicated to many of the topics I work with every day in my practice, including chronic illness, chronic pain, persistent physical symptoms, mind-body syndromes, medical trauma, stress, grief, and the emotional challenges that often accompany long-term health conditions.
Over the years, I have written extensively about these subjects through my blog, and I will continue to do so. However, I have increasingly felt that video allows for a different kind of connection and conversation. Some topics can be easier to explain verbally, and many people find it helpful to hear complex ideas discussed in a more personal and accessible way.
Going forward, I plan to continue publishing blog articles, although less frequently than before - typically once or twice a month. Alongside these articles, I will be creating regular video content that explores both the psychological and physiological aspects of health, illness, recovery, and wellbeing. My aim is to provide evidence-based information while also acknowledging the very real human experience of living with health challenges.
If these topics are relevant to you, I would be delighted if you watched my introductory video and considered subscribing to the channel. I hope it becomes a valuable resource for individuals living with chronic health conditions, as well as for family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals interested in a compassionate, biopsychosocial understanding of health and illness. Thank you, as always, for your continued support. I look forward to sharing this next chapter with you.
